“After breaking 3 Guinness World Records, 4th one is yet to be confirmed, BTS is at it again with its record breaking streak, and its only been two weeks since Dynamite was released on 21st August 2020. BTS’s Jin, RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook set out to give ARMY a song that will comfort us during the pandemic, a song that will bring happiness and some sort of peace to ARMY, GOAL achieved!
BTS’s “Dynamite” has set and continues to break multiple YouTube records since its release in August 2020. Notably, it surpassed their own “DNA” music video in terms of comments, reaching over 6.5 million comments compared to “DNA”‘s 6.3 million. Additionally, “Dynamite” achieved the record for the most-viewed video on YouTube within 24 hours, garnering 101.1 million views, surpassing the previous record held by Blackpink’s “How You Like That,” which received 86.3 million views in the same timeframe.
Moreover, the premiere of “Dynamite” attracted between 3 to 4 million concurrent viewers, setting a new record for the most-watched premiere on YouTube at that time. These accomplishments highlight BTS’s significant impact on the platform and their ability to engage a global audience
Last month we wrote about BTS’s top videos with 500K comments and above and DNA had the most comments with 6.2 million comments. As of right now, ‘Dynamite’ has beat that record and now has 6.5 million comments! Seems to me that ‘Dynamite’ keeps breaking BTS’s own records every waking minute!
Psy whose song “Gangnam Style” took the world by storm back in 2012 held the record with 5.0 million comments before BTS’s DNA took over, and now “Dynamite’ is lighting the sky up with the most commented Music Video in 2020.
At this point, as I keep on saying, BTS is the only artist who can beat BTS’s records in 2020 and beyond. Keep jamming to ‘Dynamite’ below
‘Dynamite’ has really brought the world together in these trying unsure times that we are living in. Music knows no language, race, gender etc, music is just music! The heart is what listens to music and BTS’s music comes from the heart and comes for the heart like sparks! Check out some of these wonderful comments about Dynamite. Of course we will only focus on the positive ones, the world does not need any more negativity y’all!
