BTS’s music video for “DOPE,” released on June 24, 2015, achieved a significant milestone by surpassing 600 million views on YouTube as of November 11, 2020. This accomplishment marked “DOPE” as the group’s eighth music video to reach this impressive view count, following hits like “DNA,” “Fire,” “Fake Love,” “Boy With Luv,” “MIC Drop (Remix),” “IDOL,” and “Blood Sweat & Tears.”
Notably, “DOPE” was BTS’s first music video to surpass 100 million views, highlighting its enduring popularity. The track is part of their third mini-album, ‘The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Pt. 1,’ and continues to be celebrated by fans worldwide.
As of January 1, 2025, the “DOPE” music video has further surpassed 800 million views on YouTube, becoming BTS’s ninth music video to achieve this milestone.
