BTS just released their first teaser for their upcoming lead single for the album “BE” and as expected, the video is already trending. Among the teaser terms trending worldwide is “DIRECTOR JK” and his name “JEON JUNGKOOK”. This is because Jungkook is credited and listed as the director for their song “Life Goes On.”

Jungkook had gone live a few weeks back on You tube and talked about him being a director for their new album. He was excited saying that he hoped ARMY would know which parts he had directed in the music video. The Live has even surpassed 9M views and 1.7M likes! If the MV teaser is anything to go by, then we are expecting the best from the latest director in town, Jeon Jungkook!

ARMY all over the world are buzzing with pride and excitement as they celebrate Jungkook’s first-ever role as a director for BTS’s music video Life Goes On. The song, which served as the lead single for their heartfelt 2020 album BE, offered a comforting message during the uncertainty of the pandemic, and Jungkook’s hands-on direction gave the MV an intimate, nostalgic tone that deeply resonated with fans.

The video captures a warm, behind-the-scenes glimpse into the members’ everyday lives, from lounging together at home to performing in an empty stadium, all reflecting the central theme that “life goes on” even when everything else comes to a halt. Jungkook’s artistic choices, such as soft lighting, cozy scenes, and emotional close-ups, highlighted the bond between the members and ARMY in a way only someone who’s lived through it could authentically portray.

Fans flooded social media with messages of support and admiration, trending hashtags like #DirectorJungkook and #LifeGoesOnMV. Many praised his storytelling skills and the emotional depth he brought to the visuals, calling it “a love letter to ARMY” and “a film that heals.” For ARMY, seeing Jungkook step into a creative leadership role wasn’t just a proud moment, it was further proof of the maknae’s endless talent and growth.
