In the United States, “On” debuted at no. four on Billboard Hot 100, becoming the highest-charting song by a Korean group in the country, selling 86,000 digital downloads in its release week.

The second official music video was released on February 28, 2020 at 0:00 KST. Within minutes of its release, the video became the biggest YouTube premiere of all time with 1.54 million concurrent viewers. The video reached 10 million views in one The music video garnered 43.8 million views on its first day hour, surpassing the record held by “Boy With Luv” as the fastest Korean video to achieve this.
