BTS’ “Film Out” co-composed by Jungkook officially debuts at #1 on Billboard Digital Song Sales Chart. “Film Out” becomes the first Japanese song to debut at #1 in Digital Song Sales Chart history. “Film out’” also earns BTS their 6th #1 hit on the Digital Song Sales Chart. This also makes them the first act in history to debut at #1 on the chart with songs in three different languages Korean (Life Goes On) , English “Dynamite”, Japanese (Film Out)).

BTS’ “Dynamite” has ruled the Billboard Digital Song Sales Chart for 32 weeks since being released on 21st August 2020 and has reigned at #1 for 18 weeks thus breaking the all-time record for the most weeks spent at #1 on the chart.

BTS’ “Film Out” replaced “Dynamite” at the top of the charts

BTS collaborated with Japanese rock group Back Number on a new track called “Film Out”, which is the theme song for an upcoming Japanese film called Signal. “Film Out” will also be included in BTS’ upcoming Japanese-language compilation album, “BTS, the Best” slated for release in June 2021. “Film Out” debuted at #185 on The Billboard Global Excl. US Chart and topped several Japanese Charts when it was released on 1st April 2021.
