“As much as ARMY wished BTS a safe flight to New York, the members also took to social media to bid their fans goodbye as they set on their journey to the US. RM, j-hope, Jin and SUGA wrote their messages on Weverse while JungKook and Jimin posted on Twitter in their travel outfits. BTS will be travelling as diplomats after being awarded “Presidential Special Envoy for the Future Generation and Culture” by South Korean President Moon Jae-in. They will be accompanying the President to New York where they will give their speeches while BTS will also give a special performance.
