SUGA has officially returned home to South Korea, marking the final arrival of all seven BTS members after their successful “Permission to Dance on Stage” concert series in Los Angeles. Over the past few weeks, the members have been flying back in separate groups or alone, gradually making their way home after wrapping up an unforgettable chapter in their global journey.
The first to land were Jin, Jung Kook, and Jimin, who touched down together, much to the delight of fans at the airport. A few days later, j-hope and V returned, walking through the arrival gates with warm smiles and waves. RM followed shortly after, making the trip solo. And now, with SUGA’s arrival, the circle is complete, all seven members are safely back on home soil.
However, the long-awaited reunion will have to wait just a little longer. As per South Korea’s COVID-19 prevention measures, SUGA is currently undergoing the required quarantine period. Now that all members have returned, BTS can finally focus on their much-needed break. After a whirlwind of performances, interviews, and global appearances, this time will allow them to reset, reflect, and recharge both individually and as a group.
While they’re on hiatus, fans can look forward to what lies ahead: a highly anticipated new album, and their upcoming Seoul concert in March 2022. With rest, renewed energy, and their unbreakable bond, BTS is poised to take on the next chapter stronger than ever. Until then, the boys, and ARMY, will be holding space for SUGA to heal, hopeful that their reunion in person is just around the corner.
