“Jung Kook Day” was first marked by BTS’ main vocalist Jung Kook who declared 9th January as his day in BTS’ 2018 Seasons Greetings with a note that said “do something, whatever it be and upload it” In 2019 in a Twitter post he wrote “today is JungKook Day” 09/01 (9th January) is Jung Kook Day since his birthday is 01/09 (1st September) To celebrate this day his fans will be putting up a 25 meter ad on Lotte Young Plaza Myeongdong Media Facade. The ad will run 100 times for 20 seconds.
