BTS’ j-hope recently updated his Instagram with a series of heartwarming pictures from his visit to his hometown of Gwangju. The rapper, known for his bright and uplifting energy, visited several places that hold special significance, not only for him but also for ARMYs worldwide.

One of the highlights of his visit was to “K-Pop Star Street” in Chungjang-ro, a popular destination in Gwangju that honors K-pop artists. Among the many special installations, there is a massive sculpture named “Hope World,” paying tribute to j-hope’s first mixtape of the same name. This vibrant piece is especially meaningful as it holds over 21,800 heartfelt messages of support from ARMYs all around the globe. Each message is a testament to the love and admiration fans feel for j-hope, making the sculpture a beautiful symbol of his impact on people’s lives.

j-hope also shared photos of himself posing and sitting on a colorful bench decorated with graffiti artwork inspired by “Hope World,” “Butter,” and “Permission to Dance.” The art captures the spirit of j-hope’s music colorful, hopeful, and full of life. Another special site he visited was a wall dedicated entirely to “Chicken Noodle Soup,” his dynamic collaboration with American singer Becky G. The wall celebrates the global success of the song and j-hope’s ability to connect cultures through music.

Adding an extra layer of warmth to his updates, j-hope shared a sweet picture with his beloved dog, Holly, melting fans’ hearts even further. His posts showed just how deeply he values both his roots and the immense love he receives from fans.

Interestingly, V (Kim Taehyung) also made a similar journey back during his birthday, visiting ARMY birthday projects created in his honor. These moments show the strong bond between BTS and their fans, a relationship built on mutual love, respect, and endless support. Through his visit, j-hope beautifully reminded everyone that no matter how global BTS becomes, they always carry their beginnings, their homes, and their fans in their heart.
