ARMYs are celebrating the moment relieveing the troubles they had to go through just to catch a glimpse of the tatoos. Jung Kooks tatoo Artist shared several photos of the singer’s latest tatoos, he covered up some while adding newer art, whileaomwthat were black-and-white got some color in them.
