
The 2025 BTS FESTA In-Person Event is set to be a landmark celebration. It marks BTS’s 12th anniversary since their debut on June 13, 2013. This year’s FESTA is particularly significant. It coincides with the group’s reunion. The reunion follows the completion of military service by members RM, SUGA, V, Jimin, and Jung Kook. The event will culminate in a highly anticipated comeback on June 21, 2025. The event is open to fans aged 14 and above. Attendees are required to present valid identification for entry. Re-entry policies are in place; leaving the venue may necessitate rejoining the entry line. Accessibility assistance is available for attendees with mobility challenges, subject to staff availability and proper documentation.
The 2025 FESTA celebrates BTS’s 12-year journey. It also marks a significant reunion for the group and their fans. Several members have completed their military service. The upcoming comeback on June 21 is poised to be a momentous occasion. It symbolizes a new chapter in BTS’s illustrious career.

We will be holding an in-person event for ARMY in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, in light of the 2025 BTS FESTA.

Dates: Friday, June 13 and Saturday, June 14, 2025
Gate Opening Time: 9 am (KST)
Booth Operating Hours: From 10 am to 7 pm (KST)
Final Entry & Queue Closing Time: 6 pm (KST)

📌 Important Information on Participating in the Event
[Entry Information]
– You must be 9 years of age or older to participate in the event.
※ Children under the age of 9 will not be admitted, even if accompanied by a guardian.
– If age verification is necessary, documents such as a family relation certificate or youth ID card may be requested.
– Entry may be delayed or restricted if the venue becomes crowded.
– Re-entry is allowed, but you must rejoin the entry queue to re-enter.
– Guests using wheelchairs or with limited mobility are encouraged to seek assistance from nearby on-site staff.
※ However, please note that staff availability may be limited on the day of the event. Disability registration certificates (welfare cards) or medical certificates may be requested.
– For a safe and pleasant experience, please check the list of prohibited items before entering the venue.
– Additional items may be restricted at the discretion of security personnel. Also note that prohibited items and food cannot be stored by the event staff.
[Waiting Guidelines]
– Any unauthorized waiting lines not managed by the organizer will not be recognized, and the organizer bears no responsibility for any resulting issues.
[Operation Information]
– Interpreters will be available on-site to assist international visitors. Please ask nearby staff for assistance if you require language support.
※ Language support will be provided in English, Japanese, and Chinese.
– Event programs may change depending on on-site conditions and operational circumstances.
– Souvenirs for each program are in limited quantity and may run out early.
– Please refrain from any behavior that may inconvenience others. Depending on the situation, staff may intervene or ask you to leave.
– The event organizer is not responsible for accidents, loss, illness, or injury caused by guest negligence.
– Props and materials displayed at the event are for all attendees to enjoy. Do not remove or relocate them without permission.
– No guest parking will be provided.
※ We strongly recommend using public transportation.
– On-site medical services will be available for emergencies. Please notify a nearby staff member immediately if you need help.
– Photos and videos taken during the event may be used by the organizer for promotional purposes.
※ By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness.
– Unauthorized sales of merchandise around the venue are strictly prohibited. Violators may face legal action under intellectual property (IP) laws.
– Any unauthorized individual events (handing out goods, performances, etc.) around the venue are prohibited in order to maintain safety and an orderly environment.

– To ensure safety and order, the following items are prohibited inside the venue.

– Bottles, cans, and glass containers
– Gas-charged spray cans
– Open flames and cooking/heating devices
– Knives, scissors, tools, and fireworks
– Toy guns/knives, baseball bats, pipes, and bamboo swords
– Tripods, gimbals, poles, laser pointers, and other potentially hazardous items
– Suitcases and strollers
– Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and electric mobility devices
– All forms of transportation with wheels except for wheelchairs
– Hard balls/projectiles such as baseballs, soccer balls, boomerangs, and frisbees
– RC (remote-controlled) toys and drones
– Mats, folding chairs, ladders, and other bulky items
– Professional photography equipment such as DSLRs and high-powered zoom lenses unless pre-approved
– Animals, except for guide dogs for the visually impaired
Other Prohibited Items:
– Psychotropic drugs, narcotics, or substances banned by law
– Expensive valuables
